Our services and rates are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and project.  Therefore our client's are billed on either a per project basis, hourly or a monthly  retainer.  The rates listed here are for standard administrative support such as general word processing, data entry, etc.  For more detailed projects such as desktop publishing, event planning or web site design, please contact us and we would be glad to provide you with a FREE consultation.

Hourly Rates
The hourly rates are for those clients that do not require our services on a regular basis. For general administrative support, our hourly rate is 40.00, billing in fifteen minute increments. We have a one-hour minimum per invoicing period.

Retainer Rates
Our retainer rates are for clients who wish to use our services on an ongoing basis. These clients pay in advance each month to retain our services. We have various packages available to choose from. These rates are based upon our regular hourly rates with discounts applied. Project
Depending on the complexity of the assignment, Office Rescue can work with each client to create a predetermined "flat fee" for a project.

Expenses
Any expenses incurred, specific to a client's project (ie. photocopying, postage, stationery, long distance, etc.) are billed back to the client. Every day office supplies and equipment are the responsibility of Office-Rescue and are not billed to the client.

Payment
A signed contract, with the project specifics, is generally required along with a 50% deposit prior to commencement of work. Final payment is due prior to delivery of project. Some additional 'project specific' charges may apply such as, rush service, after hours, NSF, etc. For monthly retainers, payment is due in full on the first of every month.

Payments are accepted in the following forms:

  • Cash
  • Business Checks
  • Cashier's Checks
  • Money Orders
  • Paypal
  • Visa/Mastercard

As a Virtual Assistant, I only receive payment for the hours worked. I pay my own taxes, insurance, and other benefits directly to the designated regulatory agencies.
